Oil at 125C not a problem according to Loctite's Data Sheet HERE for Loctite 243 which I would think is similar to what they would be using.
In fact the % strength to 5000 hours appears to go UP to more than the original assembly strength.

The image shows the use of some heat to release the tread lock I wonder if the clutch been is in a constant bath of hot oil has the same effect on the thread lock as the heat gun?

According to the above sheet the heat for removal purposes is 250c. Not your 100c like suspension or FD parts.

BMW workshop service disc says

Release temperature of the clutch nut 150 °C

and to tighten

Clutch cage to balancing shaft

M36 x 1.5, Replace nut, threads free of grease
Thread-locking compound (Micro-encapsulated)

1st tightening torque, 170 Nm
Slacken, nut, angle of rotation, 90°
2nd tightening torque, 250 Nm
