I've been to two HD rallies in each place and you can stick Faaker See compared to Port Grimaud as a destination. Great ride to FS but boring compared to the Med as a place to stay. And way too high a % of Germans in FS which didn't add to the excitement factor
You don't have to get too involved with the HOGgies, you can just observe and feel superior. Some of the women are well worth a look!
