Hi all, I bought this little Honda recently to get me mobile after a bad back injury (which might well have stopped a Euro trip) and it behaved impeccably, as you would expect. The trip has been done and my back is now as good as it will get for a 65 year old.....so back to the big GS again. Basically that is the reason for selling, no problems with the bike whatsoever.
The Hornet has only done 1595 miles from new, has both keys, owners manual etc and it was fitted with the "sports pack" from new, quick shifterup & down, sports foot pegs, matching seat cowl and small screen by the selling dealer and best of all, it has the remains of a 3 year service package to go with it along with what is still a full one year warranty with Honda UK. The first service has been done, but there are 2 free services left. That is probably a saving of some £500/600 pounds I guess. It is HPI clear and is in immaculate condition as you can see from the photos.
Pricing is a difficult one, and I have decided against the dreaded "we buy any bike" and will pass onto someone on here who might be interested, or maybe a friend of a forum member.
I am in Cornwall, so buy it and ride it home or get it couriered - I can suggest someone if needed.
Price is £5450.
