They are mostly reliable, probably no worse than a BMW, Ducati or Triumph these days, especially the big V-Twins - same probably cannot be said for the cam eating twins.
Did @25k on my 1190 / 16k on my 1290 and 10k on a 1090 and no major issues (couple of minor error resets and 2 fuel senders) mate clocked 70k on an 1190 with just a fuel sender and rear brake master cylinder IIRC. Another mate had water leak on 2022 1290 (they all do that sir) as he left the dealer, but since then has put about 15k on it.
Electrical niggles seem most common, rarely stop you, but can be frustrating, and KTM will tell you to fuck-off if your warranty expired 3 seconds ago, but apart from that not too bad....
...obviously new model increases chances of 1st year issues, but at least it is based upon last years Superduke Naked and I have not heard much bad about them, although with last years bike sales they probably only flogged 3 of them.
