Just had my 24K service ( Vines,Caterham) done on the gsa. Expecting around £500 to pay, only £402 including bike loaner...I was not shocked as I thought I might be.

Not bad..:thumb2

I had my GSA's Annual & 24k service done at Bristol Motorrad (Dick Lovett) last week for £340...:clap
Including a Husky Nuda loaner bike.

Mine goes in for it's 48k next week. I feel my credit card will see some action.
I have been warned to expect £400+

Ask them for a firm quote by getting them to print you of a WIP job sheet. Cross off the bits you don't want doing then supply your own (cheaper) oil :thumb2

Mine gets serviced roughly every 3 months and the local dealer to my work place was doing a full service everytime and it was costing me alot.

I changed to another dealer abit further away and they said you only need an oil change as it had a full servcie 2.5months ago.

I have asked BMW to confirm what items are on a 6k miles and which ones are based on time, i.e. 12 months change. But still waiting for them to get back to me.

It works out expencive when you are having 4 to 5 services a year.

Cricky, so you're doing 6k miles every 3 months..:bow

BTW. Stuff like Brake and clutch fluids are only changed every 2 years.
