24k service

Having lost my owners manual and waiting for CD from Roddy, can someone tell me whats involved in a 24k service?

I want to get all the bits I need, oil, filters.......

Anything particular i should look out for.

Where is a good place to get parts and not Mr BM. I don't need to give him anymore than he has got.

If you still have the 1150 gs as in your profile you will need

oil filter kit 11001341616
Air Filter 13711341528
2 spark plugs 12127653771
2 spark plugs 12127681415 (if it is the twin spark that I think it is)
1 fuel filter 16142325859 (plus 2 clamps sorry can't remember the number) they end with 928
3.75l of engine oil
1.25l gear oil
