2610 let me down

We arrived in France stopped in Dunkerque for the night ready for a week in Cochem Germany.
All was well until in the morning plugged in the 2610 & it's knackered.The touch screen won't work at all, & the map doesn't work particularly well either, not a full screen & doesn't show your locaton.
So be warned take a map with you just incase & luckilky I had written down a route just in case.
Has any body any info on the uk repair service or adress.
It's still under warranty although bought from Aspid Portugal.

The fact you bought in Portugal should be no problem . I had problem with my 60c which I bought in Denmark and I live in Belgium. I sent it in by registered mail with a letter explaining what was wrong and had a new replacment unit back within 7 days. Top service - no quibble European warranty as it should be
