27mm socket

Does anyone know if you can buy a 27mm socket with a 3/8 square drive ?

It's for the oil filter removal tool, or do you all use 1/2" drive?

I suppose i could buy a freely available 1/2" drive one, but then i'd need a socket converter from 3/8 to 1/2".

What do you lot use??

Snap On do them , but i would check halfords first to compare prices ,

Er, I just use the mole grip on the base of the filter tool... Seems to work OK for me and it hasn't chewed the tool up yet.

Dunno - it's the one in the socket set that seems to fit - whatever it is, it does the job fine - these things shouldn't be cranked right up anyway.
