Just collected my new R12GS and must say I am very happy with the Lupin Blue , just my kind of blue, even if not my kinda name!

Down a country lane and the tarmac ran out and quickly changed to gravel, potholes, puddles and general slippery surface.

My nice new 33 miler R12GS is now filthy!

What's this I hear about a hose pipe ban?

. . . Know how you feel , days after i bought mine - they gritted the roads, so mine is that dusty white colour all over . . . milage 390 !
Still 2 hours of knuckle scraping later, its not too bad and on the positive side it did give ne chance to notice the BMW chappies had missed a rivet on the exhaust - now i feel weirdly content
