Just an FYI, but the Veridian cruise control works well on the 400XC - presumably also on newer 400s. No wire tapping or power supply is required, just swapping plugs in between various components. It’s a 2-hour job, ie 1:45 figuring out what to do, and 15 minutes actually doing it.
Tank removal is not difficult. No other panels need removing.
