Just bought a Tarpstar 1, Couple of minutes to put up, only played in the garden for the moment, 900g all in, bought for cycle camping, but might give it a go when camping on the awesome steed

Unfortunately it's not my garden...
....or my tarp.
My 50 something year old neighbour has joined the long list of people ridiculing me. She bought the tarp and poles today and having erected it this evening called me round to tell me how easy it was.

It has set me off again though.
She's only used 2 poles AND they're really good in that they have slots/ballbearings in them that allow you to extend the poles 5 cm at a team.
I'm going to borrow them and have another go.
She also tells me she has miles of paracord that I'm welcome to use to replace the existing guy ropes on my tarp.
