I think with the GS LC 10W50 oil will be better. When the bike is hot the oil is not as liquid.
I live in Tenerife, Canary Islands, and never the temperature is below 15 ° C.
In summer it is possible to 35º C and the engine when hot is too hot. Recommends Castrol 10W50 and bmw 5w40.
