What kind of pricing are people getting st the moment for 6k service from Dealer ?

Just oil and filter.

I know it's cheaper to do yourself but this query about dealer pricing

To be honest the biggest service cost for the 6k is the oil so take your own

I'm sure Matt won't mind ....... Jam doughnuts are his favourite

Brake fluid is at 12 months, then every 2 years.

Price also depends on the age of the bike, as more may need doing. Get a few quotes from dealers for your specific bike. I saved quite a bit by riding down to Bahnstormer instead of going 1.5 miles to Vines.

Pretty sure they changed both oil and brake fluid and also had the quick shifter fitted and programmed all for the princely sum of £290

How does that work then? ........... Gearshift Assist Pro is a £375 cost option when fitted at the factory unless you supplied your own QS?

Their sales department was pretty good too, had two bikes (K12S and K13S) off them and the deals and delivery (to Scotland!) were better than anyone else could do.

I took my own oil for my XR's 600 mile service and the bill was around £125
