650 Dakar (03) - front forks corrosion and pannier damage

You have more money than sense, does it mean more bits for me!!!

I'll tell you if I agree with ya when it's all done. If the suspension improves in line with the amount of cash spent, then you amy be very wrong

Has anyone had expereince of front fork corrosion / flaky paint? Bought a new bike recently and whilst most of it is in really good nick (03 plate, 6.5k miles) the forks are not.

As you have the early forks,you might want to read this.
