Many thanks those who have replied so far to my engine knock problem. To eliminate all possibilities I intend to check and adjust the valve clearances. (The dealer wants a fortune to carry out this job due to the labour time in stripping the top half of the bike.)
Can anyone tell me the correct valve clearances, and also let me know if there are any pitfalls I should avoid.
