I'll try and keep this simple...
1. Bought 660
2. Registered it on garmin website
3. Downloaded free update (City Navigator Europe NT 2010)
4. Update didn't transfer to my 660 and is now sat on my desktop.
I have tried several times to load it to 660 but always get an error and a close down message. My Garmin website says that NT 2010 is on my GPS but it's not. When I open my Map Source, I can see it when I go to utilities and it shows as unlocked.
Do I need to use Map Source to transfer the new mapping or am I doing something wrong with the free update? Any help much appreciated.
