6K service

[(RIP) maverick]

Right booked my HP2 in for it's 6k service in December.

So far besides the "normal" things they do and don't have put on my list for them to check

1. Head Stock/Front Shocks for play
2. Fuel warning light not working anymore.

Anything else you guys would add to the list

My battery is on trickle charge just to be on the safe side every other day and over weekends, have noticed before it will die within a week if I don't use it (like that's going to happen alot ) Should I ask them to check the condition of the battery as well and is this possible if the thing is charged

Yeah tell them to check your HP's power output, cause i still don't beleive the mileage you get on a set of tyres.

I actually noticed the throttle can go another 2/3rds open the other day, wow this thing is really fast if you wind it up The bike is fine, maybe the rider is ready for a proper HD Roadking now
