Mines probably not representative, it's had a hard life but of the top of my head:
58K, non Adv, non ABS, fastest Blue and White.
Front and rear shocks finished by 40k, and 30k respectively.
First clutch replaced before embarking on fairly tough overland trip. To be fair the clutch wasn't quite finished at 30ish K, but probably wouldn't have lasted the trip so swapped out as a precaution.
Clutch number 2 replaced when (fantastic bit of BMW forethought, this), the tuppenny bit output seal blew, spraying oil all over the (5k old) clutch, replacement required.
Clutch number 3 completely destroyed taking the gearbox with it (or possibly the other way round). Cause may have been the slave cylinder (another known weakness, my bad for not checking it wasn't knackered maybe?) failing - still need to inspect properly and decide what actually happened.
2 x paralever bearings.
3 (I think) x crown wheel bearings.
2 x Fork seals. Forgiven, as I say it's had a hard life.
1 x Battery.
Ignition cable wore through.
Fork brace and lowers corroded. Again to be fair, my bike actually still looks pretty good outside of these two corroded parts. Swamping in ACF50 and then not cleaning it has kept it looking a lot better than some I've seen with less mileage on the clock.
3 x rear discs.
2 x set of front discs.
God knows how many pads, especially the rear.
What else? 1 rear brake bulb, 1 gear indicator sensor, zero fuses, uprated camchain tensioner (replaced because of noise), 1 x alternator belt.
Based on my own personal experiences particularly in the £££££ clutch and gearbox department, I personally wouldn't pay £3.5k for a GS with 75k on it - if I had to have a GS and budgets were tight I'd hang around for a low mileage late 1100.
