Just had the renewal notice from Carol nash for the SE £359.62 fully comp for a 44 year old in the North west with 8 years no claims ...bike garaged ...

Seems a bit pricey what are you guys paying

I'm insured through Carole Nash with Equity Red Star, this covers both my R1200GSA and KTM 950 SE, 4 years no claims and £250 excess with fully comprehensive cover costing me £311 this year. I always challenge the first quote they send me and usually get some knocked off.

Anyhow tried them there above as mines due up on the 18th Bennets sent me one £60 more than last year-Ebike about the same.
So thats £345 fully comp fur me 990ADV rekon i'm gunna shop sum more.

phone them up and tell them your going elsewhere they soon sort their shit out when they think your off.

it worked for me. these insurance companys give really good prices to new customers to lure them in but do feck all for the loyal ones
so play them at their own game

Just used them to get my current insurance down to £220 with Bennets.

E bike hung up on me twice when I was put on hold after they called me.

I've got a 950SM, GS1150 and ZX7R all fully comp, garaged, 6 years NCB for 450 with Adelaide insurance in Belfast. Strangely, it was the 7R that caused my insurance to rise from 400 to 850 with my previous insurer.

Im going to ruin your day Im 30 and im paying £168 fully comp. Mine is garaged as well. Simply insurance. Go on confused.com thats where I found my quote. I guess its because only us lucky few own them so there isnt much history of theft on their books. Richard

E Bike you will not get it cheaper. I lost all my no claims after I stopped riding, went to them to insure my Daytona and wait for it £173 Fully Comp NO no claims 56 Day Ban and 6 points . Hope you get my point ( If you do the Bike safe training you will get more off for that too)
