Credit where credit is due. A customers 2004 bike i had in this week to service is now up to 98K miles and looks fantastic, and i must say it runs as good as it looks...... well i would say that wouldn't i, as i service it

So they aren't all bad

It's a guy with his head in his hands, saying FFS how many more miles do I have to do until the fuel controller breaks, or the servo pump dies!

My 2004 had 3 front timing covers, 3 final drives, new FPC, new clutch and oil seals and a million software updates all within the first two years of ownership.

Just the one final drive. Didn't know bmw did software updates on the paintwork and condition..
