The difference in effort needed to put the WC on the CS compared to the TC is minimal ONCE you have learnt how to do it!
The best way with the TC was to pull-up on the rear sub-frame while pushing down on the CS with ones right foot.
The best way with the WC is to pull-up on the rear foot rest hanger while pushing down on the CS with ones right foot.
Once you have sussed this then there is very little difference in the effort required between the two bikes - go try it.
Of course the technique might have to be varied somewhat if you are 5' 3" compared that needed if you are 6' 6" - But for me at an average 5' 10/11" and 13 stone person the difference between the TC and WC ain't much.
