Kickboxing 3 times a week!!

I'm sure I'll be fine. . . I'm reasonably fit, but not as fit as I have been in years gone by when I used to do Kickboxing 3 times a week!!

Wow! That is impressive!

I found that skipping rope is a really good exercise to train for the long standing hours on the bike.

It is also a good core-cardio "crash training" if you do it for 20-30 minutes with different paterns.

You are so lucky to be surrounded by quality people like that. It is not over, wait until you get there. Everybody is so nice.;)
