Nah, not High Force, that's a more vertical drop.
The Famous Star Hotel with Green Man IPA, I think the clues are there to see.

Can t name the place - but I recognise two people - Russ & Dick. If Russ was involved your sure to have had a great tour of the west coast, its his second home

Hotel is Moffat, as stated. Richard and Russ in the picture, and as said, Russ seems to have spent a lot of time in Scotland. The castle was used in Highlander, and should be revealed soon, I am sure. The waterfall may take a little longer!
Here is a picture at Eilean Donan Castle. Really good bunch of people, and a superb tour led by Russ, centre of shot.

Spent time in Oban and rode to Ullapool annually for a few years when I lived in Colchester.
