ans. depends how you ride! but if it's a 1200 you'll be doing more miles on a AA truck which will help fuel economy

ans. won't make any difference to you... select whichever feels better for you... and vari it every trip... helps avoid looking as if you don't know...!

ans. battery probably flat.... call AA now!

Expect about 10 miles/litre and no it won't

No, not if your bike is later than '02 (I think)

There is no 'choke' merely a raised/fast idle speed.

Yes, try Motorworks

If your dash is going blank when you fiddle with the bars then you've probably got a broken wire in the headstock loom (very common). It's caused by the loom being too tightly secured to the headstock. Cut the ties and replace the offending part; Motorworks again.

Thanks for the replys....well most of them!
If I charge battery overnight on optimate then try and start using choke dash blanks. However after riding 15 miles to work leaving 8 hours then starting without choke dash stays fine

1. I get approx 200 from a 1150 (non Adv)
2. I havn't got any switches on my dash
3. No - I don't even thinks its a choke, just a fast idle - Try Fuse 3
4. As previously said Motorworks.

What's that? about 50ish mpg?

My last tankful was Super stuff, all the prats had bought 'ordinary' I noticed no difference, (except in the wallet... )

Depends what tank the OP has - adv or standard
