A funny thing happened after......

Ive recentlyfitted a Streetpilot III sat nav and am using the accessory socket.
My wife was looking into the garage the other day and said "your headlights on," on looking I found that it was 'flickering' rather than full on. I unplugged the sat nav and it went orf!! Ive now noticed that when I switch of t'ignition after a ride it flickers until I unpleg sat nav power lead.

Anyone had the same?

PLEASE NOTE: I am not raging angry, I am not gonna throw it back at the dealer and I AM going to keep it!! SO if you wanna rant on these lines please dont mistakke for someone who gives a damn! and rant elsewhere.

Its plugged in to the fag lighter thingy and appaers to be the headlight flashing but dim !!!!! Wierd sh*t ah?

I've had the 'flickering headlight' thing twice on switching the ignition off when I first got my '06 1200 (never happened on the '04 bike). However, I had nothing powered by the accessory socket and, since then, the problem has never re-occured. I am aware that the flickering has happened to other bikes, but have never heard of the cause or, obviously, the fix. Since it no longer happens to my bike, I don't worry.
