a good day out in the sticks

Daithi, Kamikaze and I went for a spin through the sticks today and just before lunch time the " hidden stone ghost " wacked my bashplate off.... unfortunately I ran out of oil in no time because the stupid thing dented and punctured the oil filter. ...rrrrrr and I thought my day is OVER !! but no ...we towed the bike down to the road and within an hour the "" Mechanical Angel "" ((( the Grumpy one ))) had fresh Oil and a spare filter on site and made the hick up disappear in an instant........... Thanks a million ......

.As if nothing had happened we had a lot more slippery stuff to maneuver through for the rest of the day......

Just teh three of out for this one, we had the three different GS's Airhead, Oilhead and Hexhead, all three bikes were great craic but the airhead's weight advantage made things very easy for me.

Looks easy..........

As Beat said, Grumpy came all the way out to sort out Beats's bike, so fair paly to ya James.

Yeah, two great days out on the bikes this weekend.
I'm glad the chips stayed hot until we broke for lunch. Those Frytex boxes are seriously well insulated.
