a tale of woe
Recently when tank was lifted to do a job,as a favour to me the male fitting on the fuel thingy sheared off. I didnt realise this till it wouldnt start, not being technical was stumped anyway thanks to breakdown AXA nice man came this morning found the problem ( he happened to be a BMW engineer in past at rainbow in sheffield ) anyway rang services at chester branch he explained to them asked if had part NO and very busy ( he was shocked at their manner to say least,stage 2 we rang williams in manchester no stock very busy. goodbye he was even more shocked at the appearent lack of help.
anyway Roy to the rescue. phoned him in croston explained he said hadnt got part but would sort it so i could do the trip this weekend( organsided ages ago) nice axa man ran me up there with bike top service , roy did his magic said ordered part for me chat cup of tea and on bike on way home. now that is what I call service.
to the big dealers , do you realise that word of mouth about customer service is important. guess who i will recommend to all and sundary
