Is there such a thing as a topbox "tidy" - something to split the space into smaller more manageable areas.

When I'm instructing I've got loads of stuff in the topbox such as first aid kit, jump leads, hi-viz stuff, documents, waterproofs :blagblah:blagblah:blagblah

The trouble is it is all just stuffed in there and is a mess when I'm trying to find things. Anybody know of anything on the market:nenau

Blue Peter were making one just last week... i just need two more washing up bottles and an egg carton to finish mine:)

Try the internals for one of the larger peli cases, they are available to purchase separately from the cases.

All the best Tom

Mike....try a cheap rucksack from a market.......
It wouldn't have to support any weight as it's not going to be used as a rucksack (although it would be convenient to carry in and out of the house to the bike) but they tend to have a few separate compartments and the cheaper ones are less padded so you don't lose and space in the box from the foam etc.

I've got one that I use a lot....it's got a little section with a sort of wallet in it with a coin purse too which is handy for those tiny bits that kick around like a 90 degree tyre valve extender etc....

A cheap rucky in the market will only set you back a tenner too :thumb2

I got a great quality "JEEP" Rucksack which was hardly used at a car boot for £2.50  Seen similar on ebay for £30

Try local Poundstores as they have stuff that would be fine. I have seen shoe polish sets in handy sized bags that are good for orgainsing stuff. Shoe bags would be ideal for stuff like jump leads and waterproofs. My local one had black padded drawstring bags with compartments which are ideal for cameras/phones/charges. I have even used the small drawstring laundry bags you used to get with clothes washing tablets for storing high vis vests in. Keeps it neat and weighs next to nothing. You can also pick up cheap wash bags which may be suitable for storing stuff.

I was lucky and picked up a few sets of Ikea Packing organisers when they were available and they are great for sorting space out. Don't think you can get them anymore, they were in the Ikea "Family" Card section

You are Tarka and I claim my £100 in freshly ironed tenners organised in numerical order.
