Just got off phone to a "local" purveyor of parts to the airhead fraternity, and got quite a good response

I'm hoping the rebuilder of Kennys beautiful bike will be able to confirm his attendance also

Pub has agreed in principle to feed us on the Sat night
at a good price food is Excellent, ask Sid Horman
Their beer is in casks on the counter, very well kept
Red Lion Exbourne.
They only serve the normal Winkleigh cider at the pub [5.5% proof]

I know Im one of the great unwashed from North of the wall,but I would love to be in the West Country again in June ,the first time I was there was when I was 15 ,me and my mate travelled from glasgow by train to Trowbridge and thumbed it to Farleigh Castle for the motocross GP,then every June for Glastonbury till about 20 years ago ,could I please come back to your green and pleasant land to meet you venerable gentlemen and your quirky motorcycles that are cooled by rushing air .Cana please Ill be really good I promise.

Well I think some people will want to see a bit of the area for a few hours you miserable fecker.
A nice ride starting at 10am, lunch at 1pm and back in time for spanners and ale at 2pm would suit me.

I may have a plan.... I may be able to turn up but I need to do some negotiating first. It's my daughters birthday on the 9th, but it's my 40th the following weekend.... Don't worry, I won't turn up on either the oilhead or in the cage.
