By way of some sort of crudecomparison, my ticket for the 24-hour GT race (very high quality grid and lots of cars) including a paddock pass Thursday thro’ Sunday inclusive was EUR 82. I also bought a good quality programme EUR 15. All the grandstands were free and sit wherever you like. Had I bought the tickets in advance, instead of on the gate, I would have made a saving. I forget now how much, but from memory it’s significant if bought a year in advance.
My camping, including use of the pretty decent facilities, Thursday thro’ to Monday morning was EUR 140. I could have arrived on Tuesday and the price would, I think, have been the same.
Total EUR 237 - Call it GBP 205.
I bought two pints of beer at EUR 9 a pop. This included a EUR 2 ‘charge’ for the cup, refunded on return.
Food, I self-catered.
