ABS Brakes (again I am assuming)

Sorry to come back to this thread so late - had a bereavment in the family and the bike has not been touched until this weekend. Anyway back on the case now and this is what I have done this weekend:

Problem still there - still seems a bit random with behaviour.
Removed the ABS/Servo unit from the bike.
Removed and cleaned the filter units - the filters looked nearly clean to me but done it anyway.
Removed and checked the pressure relief valves - they both seem to be operating just fine.

Before I put everything back together again is there anything else I can do with the unit - I'm guessing there are some pressure switches or sensor in the inside of the unit - can I disassemble further to check/clean the inside of the unit?

Thanks for any further help or advice.

Also - Check the front brake lever isn't fouling the handguard by pushing the lever forward......and that you have not dislodged the plastic cover on the rear brake switch.

No definitely not a problem with wiring, brake levers etc. This has all been checked. G911 reported extremely high front brake pressure. System was flushed through with clean brake fluid a few months back when first trying to diagnose the problem - so sure the problem is with the ABS/Servo unit. Just wondering if anyone has had it completely to bits to see if anything can be done inside?
