Yesterday the ABS lights kept flashing every time I started off, and continued to flash until I pressed the ABS light whereupon one stayed on for 5-6 minutes and then they started flashing again. As I did 1090 miles on the bike yesterday this became very annoying!
There seemed to be a slight hesitancy on turning the key before the bike fired up and I am guessing this is why the lights are flashing but I have checked all obvious connections, battery is about 10 months old and has been on Optimate for previous few days. Could it be a sticking solenoid or relay?
Advice gratefully received!

. It's the starter motor I tell you, it's knackered and causing the battery drain and the ABS system doesn't have enough power to 'power' up. I think.
(gap clearance just about to get outside the range)?
