Good Morning All. I am in the process of reassembling my 2006 1200GS after replacing the clutch and seals etc. I am struggling to refit the small clips that hold the brake pipes into the top of the ABS pump. Is there and tricks to make this easier. Can you loosen the fitting that the pipe goes into, as I know there is an O ring in the bottom that the pipe seats into. I have looked at the REPROM CD but no info there.

Push the pipe down and feed the clip on.

Try inserting the clips 90 degrees further around the pump inlets 
you’re trying to insert them into the side of the slots, if you know what I mean… damhik
