It's not on my pc at work or at home.

You're not going daft Spout, it's not on mine either.
The phone number is in the text of the "Home" tab, but there is no "contact" tab on my screen.

If you hover just to the right of the Tours button in that blank space, does your cursor change?

Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried several different browsers and had a few other people check it out, including Apple users, and the button is there and working fine on all of them
I'm a bit of a techno numpty but I'll ask our web guys if they can fix it

Looks like it's a browser version issue.

Paul/Mark what browsers are you using?

I've just tried it on IE6 and the 'Contact' button isn't where it should be.

Is that a technical question Paul?
My PC at work is steam powered, so that may be the problem. On my iPad the "contact" tab is where it should be.

If you are a virgin media customer check this thread. http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=302922. Still can't connect through their standard proxy server and if I switch to the alternative one they suggest the broadband speed drops from 60mbs to 9. I can't convince them there is a problem. Probably needs a bit of a shove from whoverer hosts the ABW site. nslookup suggests it is Melbourne.co.uk
