Accommodation around Loch Lomond please? doing a week in your fair land next year.

B&B or Hotel please.

Had a look on tinternet but nowt like local (Scottish) knowledge!

Have a look at
The Drovers Inn,(some love it, some hate it)
Ardlui hotel,(good reviews)
Crianlarich hotel,(nice area,no bad reviews)
Inverbeg Inn(been done up 3 years ago)
sorry can say anything about the rooms as I've only eaten in these places,to close to me to have to stay in them.All in great area's for touring

Try Visit Scotland .com I just did trying to remind myself of the B&B we stayed in, in Arrochar (Lochside GH ) and there must be ten or so for that wee village alone, if your doing a bit of walking this would be handy for two of Scotlands most popular Munro's and the Cobbler
or you have Balloch at the southern end of Loch Lomond which would give you good access to the West side of the loch or to the East of the Loch should you want to venture towards the Trossachs or Stirling etc

loch lomond

Balloch has plenty of B+B's and is very central, also good places to eat and drink, I will try and find some places and send you the links to websites for you to look at.Arrochar has a load of B+B's but is a wee bit quiet and is normally full of pensioners on bus trips, if you find any places send me some info and I will check them out.
