it's a hard ride to get there -

Over rough unmade roads, the type the GS was made for -

What?!

Has Hanger Lane been dug up again?

Justification for owning a Chelsea Tractor then :hide

Is anything happening tomorrow at the Ace or is it just a meet?

Lolgeoff will be buying everyone teas ;)

Judge will be showing off the PD, that everyone has forgotten about -

Uncle Albert may be off the "lash" long enough to keep us all amused -

Charlie Boorman is turning up for a breakfast, Ewan will be along for lunch, he's partial to the "Ace" sunday lunch special, he tries never to miss one .

Disappointing day -

lolgoeff didn't get the teas in -

Uncle Albert couldn't get off the lash, because he was proberbly on the lash -

Too far to ride for Charley B, the north circular is worse than the road of bones -

Ewan Boorman was otherwise detained trying to blag a bike ride to anywhere -

And there was engineering works on the main line, train Gsers were running late -

All the above statements are said in jest, no offence meant or intended

;) ;)

Well I dunno what time you lot got there, but by the time I turned up everyone had bu**gered off, not that I know what any of you look like anyway!
There were 2 GSA's there, one on the other side of the road, and one in the compound with German Plates...... I guess I should get up a bit earlier.

Oh well, hopefully next time...... :D

Au contraire mon ami...

You and I were there as promised and you tightened my nuts as promised.

I got the teas in having waited an hour for Lolgeoff to pick the fluff from his coins (I wasn't alone in thinking he would be int the chair following the Happy Hammers achievements).

Darkhorse turned up having said he wouldn't.

Bobbie, Peter & Phyllis duly arrived on an excursion from Halstead Hall but didn't hang around long and set off on the return leg.*

Nick & Mrs Nick, Intrepid Ken, new chappie from Kent in shiny new HG council coat.

Some scottish bloke called Malky turned up looking McGregor-esque sporting a beard a blast from the past there.

Some cabbie was flogging gear from the back of his Datsun Cherry and then three of us went shopping, Steppers got his wallet out and taught me all he knows about Wireless Networking :D

* it'll take a bit of working out but it will be worth it ;)

I arrived about 10 and suppose we left before 1 (not many left when I left). The early bird catches the worm :thumb

Anyway, had a nice Billy no mates ride down to Brighton, then on to Eastbourne, stopped off at the Old mans for some grub near Hythe, and then tonned it back up to London, sweet!
