Acf 50 time

So I bought myself some acf50 yesterday ,cleaned the bike to within an inch of it's life this morning waited for it to dry and got spraying before I new I had used a hole can , is that going abit mad or should I put another can on ?

Now i only ever used it on parts that are already going a but shitty or kurust on really shitty parts then paint over, is it best to just scrub down the bike an coat it? iv been on the acf50 website an it says its good against road salt ect over winter so may well...

ACF then leave it for 4 months or rinse the salt off every day or two ? I know that some people are of the opinion that this just removes the protective coating that much quicker.

My understanding is that gently hosing the bike down is fine, just don't get the soap and the scrubbing brushes out.....

Don't bother hosing down. Run mine all year round. Clean it twice a year and acf50 it each time. Once covered in crap, that forms a nice protective layer from any additional crap.

so just give it a really good going over then spray everything? wheels (appart from breaks) tank, under bike, under seat ect ect?

Yep, don't get it on the disks or tyres however if you do just us some brake cleaner to remove it
