ADV instument binnicle removal ...

I am trying to fit an MPH speedo, so I need to get access to the aread behind the clocks etc ...

I know I have done this the long way round ... but screen off, lights out.

To remove the instrument binnicle (?) I have undone the top allan bolt at the back. Now looking toward the back of the bike, there are two more mounting points ... at 4 and 8 o'clock ( looking towards back of the bike).

But they don't seem to have a fastening system (From the rear there is no obvious allan /torx or screw head ....

How do they undo - or are they just a push fit that I have to prise apart ??

[Steptoe]

Two nuts hold the speedo in place. No need to remove headlights , just the silver plastic cover. Undo the two bolts, and the speedo pulls out from the front
