Adventure pannier lock change

I bought a pair of mint condition panniers off eBay a while ago and would like to change the locks so I can use my ignition key.

So I don't die of shock , what is a dealer likely to charge???

If you can Source the original Key , Very little .
Hursts in Belfast charged £15 to re-leaf the barrel

I have the original key for the panniers, just want to change them so I can use my bike ignition key on them

It's actually really easy to do yourself--there are illustrated pictorials on ADVRider, if not here. I am a total klutz mechanically and was still able to rekey the lock during lunch at work, with a paper clip as my only tool.

Its a guide for rekeying Varios but I think the locks are the same.
