Just thought I would hare a recent experience on this forum.

Having recently bought a Scala Rider G4 on this site (excellent item/excellent price) I was on the lookout for a colied lead to connect it to my ipod touch. I spent quite a while looking on the internet but could not find a supplier in the uk.

Next step was to post a thread on this site and within a few minutes I received a reply from Skygod aka Gaz of Adventure Bike Warehouse.

He asked me to give him a call and after a few minutes Gaz told me that they had the lead I was after and he would pop it in the post the following day. When I asked how much Gaz said 'oh dont bother about that I had it lying around and you can have it'.

The point I am making is that not only did Gaz take the time to reply, he then followed this up with posting the lead free of charge. This is proper customer service and is a credit to Adventure Bike Warehouse and Gaz and indeed the uk gser website as well.

Many thanks Skygod (Gaz).

Top place and top people, Aid needs to sort out his brew making but apart from that it's ace

Look out for a new idea of basically you drop your bike for service, ride lanes for day on loaner, pick your bike up.

Sounds like a winner and I'm booked already :)

Have your BMW serviced here........

I have just been to Adventure Bike Warehouse to have a 24000 mile service done on my 2008 BMW R1200GS.
What a great place, I really enjoyed the experience, as it was a place where you could see you BMW being worked on and what I did like was the chance to chat to Jono as he did the service.
Added to this the numerous cups of tea and light snack at dinner time, supplied by Adrian.
The end result:
Great service
Great price
Will I use an authorised BMW dealer again - No
The BMW is a different bike, much smoother.

Would I go back = YES

Thanks for a great service...

+1 proper nice blokes...

I'm thinking of getting them bring my 1150 out of it's sleep...

Can't they open a branch in Essex!

Essex? phftt !!!

In a world exclusive I can reveal that ABW are currently in negotiations in China for suitable franchise companies to bring the ABW Experience to the 300 million riders there ....

Here, we see the Acting Honorary Far East Sales Director (unpaid) in hard negotiations for the supply of Chocolate Hobnobs and Jaffa Cakes ...

This is likely to be a bulk order if the Head Office consumption is anything to go by :D

Jonno, I've promoted myself ok?
