I am starting a new business venture. (I am a pro Gambler and have decided to teach my skills to others)
My venue is a hotel with conference facilities. They have a drop down LCD screen and what looks like a SGVA port in the wall.
I have a clean slate equipment wise. I have a 27" i7 IMac running Parallels, so have Power Point and Keynote. I have limited experience of PP, but none of Keynote. What I would like to do is a slide based presentation with video. The video I want to be able to pause remotely so I an talk about key points. Am I best to embed the video or play each one separately?
The other question is what hardware should I use. (I need to buy) iPad, Surface 2 or windows based laptop. I should say I have a Macbook pro, so I suppose I could use that (but no Parallels - I could put it on though)
How do I control the presentation without keep going over to it and clicking the mouse. I want to be able to control everything by remote. What do I need to buy to do this.
Lots of questions, but any help appreciated.
Cheers
Steve
