Advice please

Just coded my first vario pannier lock, put the cylinder back in the housing, the key turns nicely left and right 90 degrees but the key won't come out of the lock? any advice please?

I've removed the lock from inside the pannier, but still unsure why the key won't come out when the barrel is inside the pannier? Attached is a picture of my coded key, unless I fu*ked up?

IIRC your issue is that the last leaf (the bottom one in your photo) isn't locating correctly in the lock ... that's the leaf that retains the barrel into the lock. In the position they're in in your photo the key should easily remove? It might be that when you inserted the barrel you had it 180 degrees out so the retaining leaf didn't spring out?
