Before we start I know some of this has been covered in other threads by Dennis and Vern which I have read several times, and are very good!! Both sets are a credit to them. 
However Dennis frames were (unfortunately for me... as I couldnt copy them) for a 1200 and not an 1150.
Has anyone else tried to make either frames or boxes and can they give me any advice measurements etc. Example anyone tried making boxes that bolt directly to the bike i.e. no seperate frame??
Also Dennis/Vern can you give any advice on folding the alloy? Did you have access to a folder or did you fabracate something up??
Any constructive advice would be welcomed before I start this.
