Ok the Turkey has settled and I'm getting restless :beerjug:
I went to move the bike after 6 months of laying up and no pressure on the front break. The MOT is due before I can ride it, which I would love to during the holidays.
can someone point me in the right direction?

Sounds licke your front calliper has siezed try a screwdriver between pad and disc could even try aplying a bit of heat with a blow dryer its hapend to my bickes a fewtimes its from been stood to long

Sorted

Took the front callipers off and pushed them open with a large flat head screwdriver and pressed the brake leaver.
Refitted them and all sorted.

The thing that threw me was that if it was seized then I would have thought there would be still resistance in the lever:confused:

I also fixed the sticking throttle and now have it booked in for MOT this Tuesday:thumby:

Thanks for the help.

A month or so ago M&P (swansea) were knocking out some YSS shocks at very good prices. Seem well made,at least the one on my ST does.
