Africa Twin is coming

Honda have a deal on them

£125/month over 3 years @ 5.9% apr for the DCT

The manual will be about £100/month

They'll fly out at that price

I was only over in the morning for the AT launch....I'm going back for the full day on Monday. I had a small walkabout but wasn't really looking for anything and didn't cover much ground. The new Multistrada Enduro is nice, but nearly £17k !

So who all turned up on the day @ 08:00 for the launch and after seeing the bike in the flesh confirmed or changed opinions ?

I'm still in.....:thumb2

I think the bike looks great but fuck me sideways, if anyone buys that luggage along with it, they want their bumps felt. It's possible the flimsiest and tackiest yet apart from the jewelry boxes Honda put on the Crossdresser when they released that.

They did say the Hepco&Becker luggage was prototype stuff, however, the metal did feel a bit flimsy. I quite liked Hondas own topbox, pity the panniers weren't on show.

H&B luggage..

Im now in two minds if the Versys 1000 wasn't so good id be 100% in but as it is im not, ill wait till the bike mag reports come about and see what they say, then make my choice bought a nice jacket though £100 off so that wasn't bad !!

I know the Versys is a good bike and terrific VFM. But, I just prefer a twin cylinder engine over an IL4, so it's a no-brainier for me.
