Excuse the ignorance but How does he map it if he can't dyno it?
He installed the custom map from the manual AT that he had done and then downloaded the gear ratios for the DCT and tweaked the map.He then 'guestimated' the settings for the freer breathing Arrow headers by using the O2 reading taken from the exhaust probe and comparing to the ambient O2 reading in the dyno room.
He reckoned he had it within 50rpm but asked me to go road test in all modes .It was absolutely transformed, not that it was bad before.

I think Engineer might have a problem understanding all that ....

You are Engineer and I claim my £5
On a separate note, Arsey, what model of Dunlops are the 'crap' tyres?

What makes the AT better than your last Kawasaki ?

Tis lovely is them headers, I noticed a group of 3 AT today in Ashbourne market place all 16 plates and the spokes were corroded, seems the effected spokes were worse on the rear wheels ! Are Honda replacing with stainless !
Have you had it remapped ? If not it's going to be running overly lean.
Trying to organise a trip over to Hilltop ASAP after reading your faceache post, Martin.
Davy, Hilltop are close to me. Let me know when you're over and if I'm around I'll meet up and take you for a play up in The Peaks

That's why many race teams use Hilltop as Geoff's database of settings and his intuition and skill is second to none.Never used him before but will go again.
