Cheers Paul, I have been out every day this week. Yesterday was the best and I think your right, it does feel more "Planted".

I do my best to keep the bike good and I am lucky that I dont have to use the bike for work. Live close enough to able to walk.

I orderred one of those sidestand adjusters from Nippy Normans today, it ads about 17mm in depth to the stand.

Now then, what else should I be doing this week? Ummm, Decorating. Must go and get that done then.

By "been out every day" do you mean you push it out of the garage and put it under a rain cover...

Seriously, sounds like a good mod to do, I personally can't justify spending that money, and I'd like the full Remus system too... *sigh*... maybe later this year

Will you (and Paul W) be at NOG this Saturday? I'm having new tyres fitted in Kidlington and then I'll pop by NOG. Andy should come show his K1200S too...

Paul, glad to see your hot choccy stays in the cup now! They look really really nice! But your bike is waaay too clean! By "been out every day" do you mean you push it out of the garage and put it under a rain cover...

Choccy is real smoooth and not stirred now, just how I like it. Done about 375 miles around and about Oxforshire/wiltshire/Hampshire, but have a "special new Gizmo", Top Secret , on a need to know basis only. Can tell you, it keeps the bike spotless.

Will be up at NOG sometime Saturday morning, if the decorating is finnished, at current rate not looking to promissing!!! Andy will probably be up there as well on his K12S.

Gerry, didn`t realise you could get them that quick, are you getting the same as mine?

Shocks

Think they are the same, but have ordered remote compression on rear. As well as remote preload.

This is the same as the WP I had on my 1150.

Hi Gerry,
did they arrive today?

I went out today, decorating is not my thing, just had to get out. I have adjusted the damping front and rear and its now 7 front and 8 rear. This feels real nice, so this will be where it stays. The bike is definately taller with these shocks, but its not a problem for me.

Delivery

I had them sent to Clarks Birmingham for fitting on Thurs.

Not sure if they turned up today.

Should be there by Mon.

When I fitted the WP to my 1150 it was about an inch higher at the back, but settled a bit after a while.
