After Charging Zumo 550 won't turn off

Hi
I charged my Zumo 550 recently and when i unplugged it, it did not turn off. I had to disconnect the battery then reconnect to turn it off. I have just re charged the Zumo and when I disconnected it the screen shot did not go away or turn off and I don't know what has happened.
Has anyone here seen this before or know what the problem is. I would appreciate any help on this matter.

Hello! (Sorry, I write from Catalunya and do not speak English properly.)

It's probably a problem reading the SD card.

To reset no need to remove the battery of the GPS.

1.-Press and hold down the "Power" button, located on the lower right-hand side of the Garmin Zumo unit.
2.-Push and hold down the "+" button, located on the upper left-hand side of the unit.
3.-Release both buttons when the unit begins to reboot.
