AIRHEADS to the SPEEDWAY

After watching SWINDON SPEEDWAY two weeks ago on leaving the ground a guys said if you want to see good Speedway you need to visit Ryde on the Isle of Wight.

So on Tuesday morning a look on the web to see a match is on this evening so a call to Shep and the green light from all off we went.

We had a sunny hot ride down to Southampton bought return tickets then on to the ferry with Shep pointing out all his old fishing spots, we had a picnic on the ESPLANADE in RYDE and a short but adventurous ride to the stadium.

After parking the bikes off to the bar

10 races watched then back for the 10pm ferry

So back to Southampton for 11pm home for 11.40pm

110 miles and TWO boat trips on a very warm evening, cheers Shep for your company,

Think its FREE for 0-4
and the ADULT PRICE was lowered from £12
