Keihan do one which also has a balance pipe like the OEM. Ask Sgt Bilco of this forum - he's your man.

Keihan stainless headers also have 10 year warranty, which is a bonus, not sure on other makes.

If your competant on the spanners, it should only take 30 mins to change.

I sprayed the sensors with wd40/duck oil a couple of days in advance to ease removal.

ive just fitted them to my gsa wow what a difference there great i had some other ones on before these and it allways felt a bit stangled at the top good at the bottom though now it just has good power everywhere they are noiser though
dont ask me why?

I'm on the verge of going for a set of these Keihan headers too (with Akropovic end can), 2009 GSA.

My bike pops quite a lot on deceleration, (I am told this is quite normal). Is changing the headers likely to make any difference in this respect?

Cheers

Fitted my keihan stainless headers and akropovic end can around a month ago.(2006 GSA) Pulls well throughout the rev range, improvements all round.
Just wait until you feel the weight of both full systems in your hands, it's a fantastic weight loss.
Sounds great with baffle in, (sounds even better with it removed, which is the norm for me anyway).
And the popping is still there, which doesn't bother me at all, I quite like it.
Go on do it, you know you want too....

The "popping" continues to happen with the keihan headers and yes, it is very normal. It's obviously a bit louder with a non baffled end can and is very addictiv:thumbe

Will this combo benefit from a Powercommander in your opinion (AF ratios and sloppy torque curve)? Bike is an '08 GSA. I have the headers and Akra can ready for mounting but are a bit hesitant to put them on. Thanks!
